Man killed in St Catherine

Investigators in St Catherine are now trying to find the person(s) responsible for murdering a man on Sunday.

Dead is Rohan Honigan, a 27-year-old labourer of Manchester and Burton's district in St Catherine.

He was shot and killed in Commodore, St Catherine, in an area commonly called Burton.

Reports are that a passer-by stumbled upon the man's body about 7 a.m. on Sunday.

STAR Online understands that about 5 a.m. a series of explosions were heard at a house that Honigan was visiting.

At the time of his death Honigan also had a murder case before the court. 

The St Catherine North Major Crimes Unit is investigating the matter.
